Circus Fun!

Life is a bit of a circus everyday in our family, so I knew Jake, Faith and Caleb would enjoy this adventure!

I was having trouble with my camera and need to learn the settings for weird lighting situatons and far distances from the subject. 

We had a fun first experience at the circus!

My Baby

It was a beautiful fall day and I went for a drive with my baby.

We pass this cornfield behind our neighborhood and Caleb comments on the "cornfields" every single time.

So we stopped for an impromptu photo session.

Can you tell he was a proud boy to be out in the field?

We walked back down to the field for some bubble fun!

Fantastic, carefree times....followed by homework.

Everyone works very hard on their homework, even Caleb!

It was the first time he joined in on the homework action.

All three enjoyed "squawking" at he chickens.

There were some friendly bunnies ... this wasn't one of them.

I still tried to take advantage of the pretty lighing.

Caleb was wound up when we returned home.

But then he crashed hard... me, too.

We went to the TN Valley Fair

I was feeling brave to be one adult coralling three children!

Yes, I am the mom who brought microwave popcorn bags and avoided paying for fair food.

(though it smelled delicious!)

Jake was facinated by the old motors.

And these are my efforts to get a photo of all three...

Oh well - one adult with three is at a disadvantage sometimes.  Seriously, the children were so good, we really had fun and there are more photos coming!

Morning

Rising early isn't always easy.

Sunrise over the cornfield behind our neighborhood, I love the fog rising.

But it usually provides great benefits for the rest of the day.
