Yes, we went out to enjoy the snow before getting dressed -

Faith was ready to come in first.

Everyone warms up with hot cocoa.

We have played Wii and watched some tv, painted, had a grilled cheese sandwich and chicken noodle soup lunch picnic (in the living room), watched lots of birdies looking for food.  We have played trains, played dolls and done some spelling practice.  After Caleb's nap, we'll venture back outside!

The snow is still falling...

It's coming down outside in such a gentle, soft way.  It feels like a fairyland and everything seems so still and quiet...until these troops hit the 'slopes.'  There is a perfect hill at the back of my parent's property.

We live in a fantastic area and I enjoyed our Great Smoky Mountains with my parents.  The snow transforms the mountains.
